Actor Ranbir Kapoor talks about his life in the spotlight
Panasonics new brand ambassador Ranbir Kapoor made a fleeting visit to Delhi. At Hotel Ashoka,dressed in an elegant black suit,Kapoor appeared relaxed and spoke candidly about his forthcoming releases and the media glare around him. While Raj Kumar Santoshis Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahaani with Katrina Kaif is due for a July 10 release,Karan Johars Wake Up Sid with Konkana Sen Sharma and Prakash Jhas Rajniti also with Kaif are to follow by year-end. Im enjoying my career graph. And Im excited about all my films as theyre all wonderful scripts with lovely co-stars, smiles the diplomatic Kapoor. But having mentioned co-stars,how lovely really is the controversy doing the rounds about his problematic relationship with girlfriend Padukone because of co-star Katrina Kaif? Im an actor and frankly I cant demand privacy even in my personal life. But I guess theres a line I will have to draw somewhere, says Kapoor.
Kapoor says hes ecstatic about his mother Neetu Singhs comeback to the big screen after three long decades. Its lovely that she is doing a film after such a long time. But to be honest I have never watched her films as I was extremely possessive about her. And Im glad she is making her comeback to films with my father, admits Kapoor. A family trait,perhaps?
