Bag with Rs 1 lakh,dollar notes stolen

The Panchkula police has registered a case of looting of Rs 1 lakh cash,US $725,four blank cheques and a duplicate key of a car by breaking open the car’s window,outside the Gymkhana club in Sector 6.

The Panchkula police has registered a case of looting of Rs 1 lakh cash,US $725,four blank cheques and a duplicate key of a car by breaking open the car’s window,outside the Gymkhana club in Sector 6.

Suman Narang,a resident of Sector 49 A,parked his Innova car at about 8:30 pm on Monday outside Gymkhana club as parking inside was full. He had come along with his friend for dinner. He forgot to take the bag,containing cash and documents along with him.

According to the police,when he came back the driver’s window was found broken and the bag missing. Narang had also given the registration number of a two-wheeler as suspected the rider. The police is investigating the case.
