A Metropolitan Court on Tuesday ordered Zakia Jafri,widow of Congress leader Ehsan Jafri who was killed in the 2002 riots,to file a protest petition or submit the status of Special Leave Application filed before the Supreme Court in connection with the SIT report by November 7.
On October 25,the court had reserved the order following Zakias argument that she had approached the SC for clarification whether her complaint was restricted to the Gulberg Society massacre or it covered the statewide riots as part of a larger conspiracy.
