The Cannes Film Festival 2023 is officially underway, with some of the world's biggest stars hitting the red carpet. This year marks the 76th edition of the film festival, which premieres and screens some of the most sought-after films of the year. The red carpet is the show before the screenings, with every year the outfits getting edgier and more extravagant. Here is a look at some of the best-dressed celebrities from the event.
