Lok Sabha Elections 2019: On Sunday, before starting her campaign from Prayagraj, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, wrote an open letter to the people of the state saying that she would take the help of “Gangaji” (Ganga River) to reach their doorsteps and establish “saccha samvaad” (truthful dialogue) to bring “political change”.
Referring to the Ganga River as the symbol of “Sacchayi” (truth) and “Sammanata” (equality) and also symbol of our “Ganga-Jamuni culture”, Priyanka said she was taking the river’s help to reach to the people.
She will also meet family members of martyred CRPF jawan Mahesh Raj Yadav in Prayagraj, and on March 20 the ancestral house of former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri in Varanasi.

Priyanka said she has finally come out to serve her country because India is in crisis. "The Constitution of India is at risk. You have to identify the crisis. The process of filing nominations for the Lok Sabha elections began Monday in Telangana which goes to the polls in the first phase on April 11.
The process began as per a notification issued for the general elections, news agency PTI reported.
