Reliance LYF Earth 2 with Retina unlock launched at Rs 20,999

Reliance has launched LYF Earth 2 smartphone in India at Rs 20,999. The 4G VoLTE enabled smartphone is available in black, white, green and gold colour variants.

Reliance Earth 2 has a 5-inch display with with a pixel density of 445PPi. It features 2.5D glass in the front. Earth 2 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM. It packs a 2500mAh battery.

Reliance Earth 2 has a 13MP front and rear camera with flash and PDAF. The rear camera comes with laser auto focus and ProMode. The voice command feature in the smartphone allows user to switch between the selfie camera mode and the primary camera mode using voice commands. Users can say ‘smile’ or ‘selfie’ or ‘capture’using the voice command feature to click pictures.

Earth 2 has three security features: the conventional pattern/PIN, retina unlock, and fast fingerprint sensor.

The smartphone sports a fingerprint sensor, which can be used to jumpstart 3 applications. The smart sense+ technology in LYF Earth 2 enables user to personalise and the phone with 19 gestures and shortcuts.
