SP MLA Vijay Mishra,who came out from jail on a one-day parole,performed a havan in his hometown,Dhanapur,in Sant Ravidas Nagar.
PWD Minister Shiv Pal Yadav,Panchayat Raj Minister Balram Yadav,Bhojpuri film star Manoj Tiwari were among those present,said the police. Mishra is an alleged key conspirator behind the 2010 blast near the house of BSPs Nand Gopal Nandi,in which two persons,including The Indian Express journalist Vijay Pratap Singh,died.
