Lt Gen A S Narula has taken over as the new Commandant of the Army Research and Referral Hospital. He is a graduate from Stanley Medical College,Chennai and has studied at Armed Forces Medical College,Pune. He was MG (Med) at Chennai before moving to the RR hospital.
