Business outsourcing firm Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd said on Monday it has acquired UK-based customer relationship management company Careline Services,marking its foray into Europe.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The chief executive,senior management and key employees of Careline Services will continue in their roles,after the acquisition,it said in a press releases to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
With this acquisition,Hinduja Global will have presence in 29 delivery centres across US,India,Phillipines,Canada,Mauritius and UK,it added.
Ahead of the announcement,shares ended down 0.57 percent at 441.8 rupees in a firm Mumbai market.
