CHANDIGARH, January 28: GGD SD College, Sector 32, Chandigarh bagged three gold medals to grab the team title in the Panjab University Inter-College men’s best physique championship at PU Indoor Hall here today. DAV College, Sector 10 Chandigarh and Arya College, Ludhiana got the second and third positions, respectively.
Harmit Angrish of Government College, Ludhiana was capped with Mr Panjab University title.
Rohit Khanna got the first gold for SD College in the 65 kg category. Devinder Singh and Dinesh Sehgal took the first position in the 70 kg and 90 kg divisions respectively, to round off the tally.
The costume numbers of the participants were missing during posing.
Results: upto 65 kg: 1 Rohit Khanna, 2 Surya Dev, 3 Anurag Pandey. 70 kg: 1 Devinder Singh, 2 Mohinder Kumar, 3 Vivek Sharma. 80 kg: 1 Avtar Ram, 2 Sukhdev Singh, 3 Sukhjinder Singh. 90 kg: 1 Dinesh Sehgal, 2 Vishal Verma, 3 Balraj Singh.
