CHENNAI, June 17: For the first time in the history of Chennai’s Arignar Anna Zoological park, a panther has bred in captivity. The panther’s cubs, a pair of two with tiny jet black spots on them, will soon be allowed to be seen by the public. However, as of now, even the zoo officials do not go near the new-borns, for fear that the mother may get agitated.
