NEW DELHI, December 26: The Delhi High Court today refused to grant bail to a teacher accused in the school bus tragedy case, in which 30 children were killed.
Justice Vijendra Jain perused the report of Deputy Commissioner (North) Jitendra Narain and said at this stage he was not inclined to grant bail to Satya Prakash Rohilla, who was transport incharge of the Ludlow Castle School (II). Counsel for the applicant, Neelam Grover, sought withdrawal of the application and the court dismissed it as withdrawn.
