In an overwhelming response to a new one-year post graduate programme for management executives (PGPX) at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad 94 per cent of the candidates who were sent the admission offers, accepted it.
The PGPX course is designed to train a candidate in management and leadership qualities in the global arena. A programme of this kind has been launched after a gap of 25 years at IIM-A. The fees for the course has been fixed at Rs 8 lakh for this year.Out of the 71 admission offers sent to the candidates, 67 of them showed their willingness to join the course.
