Agitated over the Rajasthan Government’s attitude towards the Gujjars in the state, hundreds of members of the community staged a dharna and burnt the effigy of Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje.
Shouting slogans against Raje, the protesters later presented a memorandum to Deputy Commissioner Sumer Singh Gurjjar condemning the killings of Gujjars in police firing at various places in Rajasthan.
