The National Democratic Movement, a constituent of ruling Democratic Alliance of Nagaland, received a jolt today when two ministers joined the Nagaland People’s Front, another coalition partner, a day after being inducted.
The two, Kihoto Hollohon, of Cabinet rank, and Kiphillisangtam, Minister of State, defected to NPF raising its strength to 21 in the 60-member House. NPF sources said party president Vizol welcomed the two into the party and hoped the stability of the government will be reinforced.
