Rapist arrested
The police have arrested a 37-year-old man who allegedly raped a minor repeatedly over a period of seven months. According to the victim, the man first raped her at knife-point. Thereafter, he raped her several times under threat that he would disclose the matter if she did not comply. The victim recently became pregnant and got herself aborted at a private nursing home.
Man stabbed
An electrician was stabbed to death by an unidentified assailant in the west Vinod Nagar area in east Delhi last night. Ram Bharji Gupta, 35, was sitting at his brother’s paan shop around 10.30 p.m.
