CHENNAI, July 23:The City police have arrested 162 persons on charges of eve-teasing in a major drive conducted throughout the city. Of those arrested, 30 were college students. According to Radhakrishna Raja, joint commissioner of police (north), over 100 women constables have been posted in front of women colleges in the city.
