Gurdaspur terror attack: Terrorists’ bodies still lying in hospital

Hospital authorities claim they haven’t received any direction from the government on what is to be done with them.

The bodies of the three terrorists, who were killed in Dinanagar on Monday after a 12-hour operation, are still lying in the mortuary of the Gurdaspur district and civil hospital.

Hospital authorities claim they haven’t received any direction from the government on what is to be done with them. The bodies were sent to the hospital on Tuesday. “We have never had bodies recovered from a terror attack. We are still awaiting guidelines from the state and central governments,” said Rajnish Sood, chief medical officer, Gurdaspur district and civil hospital.
