While details of Anurag’s role is not known yet, he is said to have already started shooting for his part in Chennai. Interestingly, after Mysskin and Gautham Menon, Anurag is the third director to come on board for the film as an actor. The film also features Sanjay in a powerful character, which is believed to be a negative role. With the addition of Anurag in the film, the excitement amongst fans has increased. A large portion of the film has been shot in Kashmir and a part of the crew has gone back to finish some patch work.
Anurag had earlier expressed his desire to work with Lokesh. In a conversation with IndiaGlitz, he said, “I want to do a death scene in Lokesh’s film. He gives glorious death to his actors. I want to die in one of his films. I just don’t need a role. I need to just die in a glorious way in his film”.
