The French Embassy in India and Campus France have started the application process for the second edition of the Classes Internationales 2025. This programme is designed for Indian students in the French higher education system.
Classes Internationales 2025 will allow Indian students — whether complete beginners or advanced French learners— to access French-taught undergraduate programmes once they complete a foundational year of French language training and academic preparation, read the press release.
For students with no prior knowledge of French, the application will end on March 31, thereby giving them time for pre-departure language preparation through Alliance Française. While for students with language proficiency at the A2 level or higher must apply by May 15.
Students can check the programs and contact participating institutions directly through the official website –classesinternationales.org. The admission is based on academic background with no entrance exam requirement.
In its second edition, the programme is offered by 30+ prestigious institutions across France, covering a wide range of disciplines (arts, engineering, social sciences, design and more).
As mentioned in the press release Campus France and the French Embassy in India will try to support applicants, including pre-departure, study, and post-graduation support, along with access to the France Alumni network.
Students who complete the classes will get direct access to over 200 academic programmes taught in French. Several academic programmes are offered in the apprenticeship mode in the country, allowing students to split their time: half at the university/school and half in a company in the field mentioned in the release.
