However, they will be charged a fee of Rs 1000 per paper and for ISC it will be Rs 1000 per subject. Mohammad Aaryan Tariq emerged as the state topper of Uttar Pradesh after CISCE ISC Class 12 results were declared on Sunday. Tariq a student of City Montessori School, is one of five all India toppers of ISC board. He secured 399 marks out of 400 (99.75) per cent.

In ISC, the overall pass percentage stood 96.93 per cent, while the pass percentage of girls is 98.01 per cent and boys is 95.96 per cent.

Seven students from Uttar Pradesh were among the 18 students who bagged the first rank in the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) XII examinations last year.
