Kulkarni is only the second Indian to address the plenary session of the event,in which over 15,000 urologists will participate.,

Kulkarni is known for Kulkarni Urethroplasty,which he invented for the cure of urethral strictures. His centre is only the second one in the world dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of urethral strictur,said a press release.
