Actor Shiney Ahuja,who has been accused by his maid of raping her,has moved an application before the Bombay High Court seeking relaxation of certain conditions imposed on him while securing bail from the court last year.
He is also seeking some papers that are part of supplementary chargesheet,said additional public prosecutor Yogesh Nakhwa.
The application is likely to come up for hearing on Thursday.
The high court had granted bail to the actor in October last year after he furnished a surety amounting to Rs 50,000.
While granting bail,he was directed to leave Mumbai and also surrender his passport. He had then left for Delhi.
The actor was arrested in June 2009 for allegedly raping his domestic maid in suburban Oshiwara.
