CICU holds meeting

A special meeting of the Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) was held on Friday. Managing Director M P Arora assured the CICU delegation that the Punjab government was committed to provide need-based assistance for growth and development of the industrial sector. He added that a special committee would submit a report on the recommendations pertaining to blocks of land in Focal Point,Ludhiana,that was already acquired by the Department of Industries,Punjab,for removal of discrepancies,provision of warehousing facility and execution of sale deeds of remaining freehold allotted plots at allotment price.
