Srinagar Police: 3 LeT men detained over Srinagar market grenade blast

Three people allegedly associated with the Lashkar-e-Taiba have been detained in connection with the grenade blast that left 12 people injured in Srinagar on November 3, police said. The three were identified as Usama Yaseen Sheikh (28), Umar Fayaz Sheikh (25), and Afnan Mansoor Naik (27) – all from Srinagar.

A case under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) has been registered at the Kothibagh police station in connection with the incident. The grenade blast occurred last Sunday at the busy Sunday market in central Srinagar.
