Gujarat begins registrations for 5th edition of ROBOFEST

Now in its fifth edition, the competition is divided into two categories — Junior and Senior, and invites participants with the aim of empowering the next generation of STEM innovators.

The program will guide students through stages of ideation, proof of concept, and prototype development, allowing them to gain exposure to real-world applications.

One of the highlights this year for participants is to file provisional patents for students’ innovations, a first-of-its-kind initiative for nurturing intellectual property at a young age.

The competition offers Rs 5 crore for prizes, incentives, and expert mentorship.

Registrations are now open at http://www.robofest.gujarat.gov.in and will close on August 25.
