Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, who is on a two-day visit to Gujarat, arrived in Surat late on Sunday evening. Shah along with local elected leaders had dinner at the Union Jal Shakti Minister C R Paatil’s new residence in Althan area of Surat city. Paatil’s family welcomed Shah, and they took photos together. The dinner featured special dishes, and discussions covered key political topics, followed by a photo session, said the sources. Later, Paatil shared the pictures and videos of Shah’s visit to his home on his social media handles. Shah attended two events in Surat on Monday.
