Social media users often go to great lengths to make reel videos to go viral. While some do create engaging content, many land in trouble, sometimes risking their lives and others.
In a viral video, which emerged on social media on Monday, a woman is seen making a reel as one of her children approaches a busy road. The video shows the woman dancing to Modern Talking’s hit song Brother Louie, as her young daughter wanders toward the road. Noticing his sister, her son quickly points it out to their mother, who rushes to her toddler and brings her back.
The location of the incident is unknown.
Sharing the video, an X user wrote, “Truly, children are a gift of nature that plays an important role in shaping events.”

The video garnered nearly 70,000 views as many social media users slammed the woman for risking her children’s safety for a reel video. “If this country were America, she would have been separated from her daughter and would have been jailed, parenting rules in America are very strict,” a user wrote. “They were lucky, otherwise a major incident could have happened; the little girl came to her senses in time,” another user commented.
“True that. Children notice things that adults unintentionally overlook,” a third user reacted.
In July, popular travel influencer Aanvi Kamdar died after falling into a gorge at Kumbhe waterfall in Maharashtra while shooting a video with her seven friends.
In October, a woman in Bihar killed her husband after he stopped her from making reel videos on Instagram.
