New Orleans: A 13-year-old from a New Orleans suburb was charged with second-degree murder in the death of his 5-year-old half-sister. The 13-year-old reported he started to wrestle with the victim and practiced WWE style wrestling moves on the 5-year-old,” Col. Beijing: Negotiators from North Korea and China held strategic talks in Beijing Wednesday following a rough patch in relations between the communist allies and Pyongyang’s surprise weekend call for dialogue with the US. North Korean First Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Gwan arrived for talks at the Foreign Ministry with Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Yesui that were expected to focus on bilateral relations and the situation on the Korean Peninsula. Japan approves new n-safety requirements
TOKYO: Japans nuclear watchdog formally approved a set of new safety requirements for atomic power plants on Wednesday,paving the way for the reopening of facilities shut down since the Fukushima disaster. The requirements approved by the Nuclear Regulation Authority will take effect on July 8. AP

Assange says will stay in embassy
LONDON: WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange said he will not leave the sanctuary of the Ecuadorean Embassy in London even if Sweden stops pursuing sexual assault claims against him because he fears arrest on the order of the US.
