PUNE, Jan 28: Krishna Sitaram Lalge, former coach and manager of the Maharashtra under-19 and under-22 cricket teams passed away due to illness on here recently.
Lalge was manager-cum-coach of the Maharashtra and West Zone Cooch Behar and the All India Chidambaram trophy teams in 1986-87. Before that, in 1984-85 he was selector and manager for the U-22 CK Naidu trophy and in 1985-86 for the West Zone and Maharashtra.

It was under his coaching that Maharashtra became champions in the CK Naidu trophy in 1984-85 and 1985-86. He was a member of the Maharashtra Cricket Association and played for Deccan Gymkhana.
