CHENNAI, May 20: The city traffic police will soon have a site on the Web. The site, a unique effort, is expected to be ready within 10 days, and is expected to help the police achieve greater interaction with the public as well as give a global perspective to traffic policing in the city. The contents are yet to be finalised, but the site will provide information on processions being taken out in the city and consequent traffic diversions, as well as information on hospitals and ambulance tie-ups.
