I have no advice for Ben Affleck: Gary Oldman

Gary Oldman says Ben Affleck will prove his best in the sequel to 'Man of Steel'.

Actor Gary Oldman feels that Ben Affleck is a wonderful actor and he does not need any advice to play Batman.

The 55-year-old actor, who portrayed police office James Gordon in Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy, said Affleck will prove his best when he will take on the role of the caped crusader in the ‘Man of Steel’ sequel, reported Contactmusic.

When asked does he has any advise for the actor ,who is going to play the iconic comic book character, Oldmen said, “Advice for Ben Affleck? He doesn’t need my advice! He’s great.”

Oldman believes there are many diffrences between the new movie and the old one which was directed by Paul Verhoeven.

“I saw the original when it came out. I haven’t seen it since. It was more of a horror I remember – it was more violent and had more gore than ours,” he added.
