While one can always expect over-the-top drama and extravagance on the red carpet at the Met Gala, this year was no different. However, the 2015 Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala was a ‘sheer delight’ with number of celebrities including Beyonce, Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez who dared to bare, showing off skin in almost nude creations.

Beyonce caused quite a stir on the red carpet as she posed and twirled around in a slightly bejeweled Givenchy gown. However, the Pop Queen looked amazing and has garnered immense praise for her appearance.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Lopez went sans any underwear this year as she showed off her widely talked about derriere in tight-fitted red and sheer beaded Verscae gown.
Not to be left behind, reality television star Kim Kardashian was elegant in her choice of racy evening wear. The mother of one, accompanied by rapper husband Kanye West on the red carpet, opted for a Roberto Cavalli sheer lace gown with a fringe bottom.
However, Kim has been accused of copying Beyonce’s Met Gala gown from 2012.
The Keeping up With the Kardashians’ star shared a picture of herself along with Jennifer Lopez on Twitter.
