Kajol is the proud owner of yet another property in Mumbai. The Trial star has reportedly bought office space worth Rs 7.64 crore in a prime location in the suburbs, documents obtained by Propstack reveal.
According to the documents, Kajol‘s new office space is spread across 194.67 square metres, as per Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) regulations. Kajol’s new office is located in the posh neighbourhood of Oshiwara, along Veera Desai Road in Andheri West. Most Bollywood stars and filmmakers have their offices in this area. Many production houses and studious are also situated in Andheri.
According to reports, Kajol acquired the property from Vir Savarkar Projects Pvt Ltd on July 28. Both Kajol and her husband, actor Ajay Devgn, have been investing in property in the maximum city. Earlier this year, Ajay had purchased five office units spread over a huge area of 13,293 sq ft, whereas Kajol had bought a lavish apartment.
Ajay‘s property portfolio this year has seen a great amount of growth, with reports suggesting that three of of his office units are worth Rs 30.35 crore and the other two cost him Rs 14.74 crore. He has also invested in redeveloping some cinema chain NY in Lucknow and Ahmedabad. Prior to her recent purchase of office space in Andheri, Kajol had bought a lavish flat worth Rs 16.5 crore, spread across 2,493 square feet.
On the work front, Kajol was last seen in web show The Trial. She’ll next be seen in Netflix’s Do Patti, along with Kriti Sanon and Tanvi Azmi. Ajay, on the other hand, was last seen in his directorial Bholaa. His next is Amit Sharma’s Maidaan, produced by Boney Kapoor.
