Actor couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s ideal date night would be chilling indoors, instead of going out exploring restaurants. Deepika said because both Ranveer and her are actors and are required to travel a lot, their idea of a time well spent is watching a movie and ordering in food while spending time with each other.
In an interview with Curly Tales, when asked if she prefers in-room dining or likes to explore restaurants, Deepika said she doesn’t like that at all. Deepika said Ranveer and her occasionally do enjoy stepping out for their date nights, but that’s not always their preference.
“My husband and I, our profession requires us to travel so much and engage with people all the time. So yes, occasionally we do like going out, getting ready, date night, but for the most part we do enjoy just watching a movie in the room, staying in our pajamas and ordering in,” she said.
Deepika and Ranveer got married in 2018 after featuring in three blockbuster films Ram Leela, Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat. Deepika was recently seen in Pathaan with Shah Rukh Khan and will now reunite with the superstar yet again for Jawan, in which she has a special appearance.
Ranveer, meanwhile, is awaiting the release of his latest Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani, co-starring Alia Bhatt. The romantic drama is directed by Karan Johar and is scheduled to release on July 28.
