Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding saga isn’t winding down just yet. Following their three-day extravaganza in Mumbai, the festivities have shifted gears to Jamnagar. On Tuesday, the newlyweds were captured by paparazzi as they arrived at Kalina airport amidst stringent security measures.
The couple headed straight to Jamnagar to continue their post-wedding revelries. They were greeted with a grand reception, marking the beginning of another chapter in their grand celebration.
A flurry of videos surfaced, showcasing the heartfelt reception accorded to Anant and Radhika. Among them, one video shared by @manav.manglani featured women clad in elegant sarees, performing aarti and showering Radhika with fragrant rose petals.
Radiant and joyous, the couple sported matching pink ensembles. Radhika opted for understated elegance in a simple pink suit, complemented by Anant’s choice of a pink kurta paired with a traditional ethnic jacket.

On seeing the video, one user wrote, “So humble and simple she is, back to comfy clothes after wearing all heavy dresses.” A second user said, “wonderful that they showed their respect to people of Janmnagar.” And another user added, “So simple she is.”
This marks the couple’s second series of events in Jamnagar. Previously, back in March, the city hosted their lavish pre-wedding festivities. Jamnagar holds a significant sentimental value for Anant and Radhika, as both reminisced about their childhood spent in this very city during one of the pre-wedding functions.
