Director Selvaraghavan hasn’t made a solid comeback after Irandaam Ulagam (2013), which bombed at the box office. Though he later made several films that found favour with his fans, he hasn’t been able to deliver a commercial hit. However, the director seems to have redefined himself as an actor. He is now expanding his market by making his foray into the Telugu film industry with Ravi Tejas‘ upcoming movie RT4GM.

Mytri Movie Makers, who is bankrolling the project, posted on Twitter, “Welcoming the versatile @selvaraghavan on board for #RT4GM in a character which will be remembered for long.”

Going by the look of Selvaraghavan in the poster, it seems like he is playing the antagonist in the film.

The project is tentatively titled RT4GM and marks the fourth collaboration between Ravi Teja and Gopichandh Malineni. They have made hits like Don Seenu, Balupu, and Krack earlier. The rest of the cast of RT4GM is yet to be revealed.

While Ravi Teja’s latest release Tiger Nageswara Rao hasn’t turned out to be a successful venture like many of his recent films, his fanbase is intact and there’s a lot of expectation from the Teja-Gopichand combo.

On the other hand, Selvaraghavan, who was last seen in Mark Antony as an eccentric scientist, will feature in Dhanush’s upcoming film D50. The movie is directed by Dhanush himself.
