Actor Mahesh Babu is not the one known for flaunting his gains in films in real life or online. However, things have changed in the past few years as the Telugu superstar has also joined his fellow actors in the Telugu film fraternity, who have all bulked up for films. Earlier, Mahesh Babu shared a picture from his swimming session and flaunted his abs, which went viral on social media. The actor has shared a picture from his workout session flaunting his biceps.
Sharing the picture on Instagram, Mahesh Babu wrote, “Embracing the burn, feeling the gains!”
Only a few days ago, Mahesh Babu shared a video from his vigorous workout session that serves as a testament to his immense fitness level at 48.
Mahesh Babu has a separate fanbase for his fitness and ability to defy ageing. Earlier, when he was training during the shoot of Sarkku Vaari Paata in 2019, his fitness trainer Minash Gabriel said that the Telugu star’s approach to workout is to “go hard or go home.”
Back then the fitness trainer told Hindustan Times that Mahesh Babu is ageing in reverse. “Today, I can proudly say that MB has come a long way from when we first met in 2019. From battling and overcoming injuries to getting into such incredible shape and conditioning is a testimony to his work ethic and perseverance. I can safely say that this man is ageing backwards and is only getting better with time,” he added.
Since 2019, Mahesh Babu has only gotten stronger. He is now going all out for his upcoming film Guntur Kaaram, directed by Trivikram Srinivas. The hit duo has given hits like Athadu (2005) and Khaleja (2010), two of many blockbusters in the actor’s filmography. Other than Mahesh Babu, the upcoming film has Meenakshi Chaudhry, Sreeleela, Jagapathi Babu, and Ramya Krishnan in lead roles. Thaman S composing music for the film, which will be released for the Sankranti festival next year (January 12).
