The latest promo for Kaun Banega Crorepati 16‘s special episode, celebrating host Amitabh Bachchan’s birthday, promises an entertaining and light-hearted affair. The episode features special guests Aamir Khan and his son Junaid Khan, who join Amitabh for a delightful conversation as they participate in the quiz reality show.
The trio engages in a humorous discussion about marriage, leaving the audience in stitches. Junaid, with his innocent curiosity, asks Amitabh, “Sir, were you nervous or excited at your wedding?” Bachchan’s initial shock is palpable, but Aamir quickly intervenes, advising Junaid, “You don’t ask these types of questions here. Kuch bhi puchta hai yeh (He’s asking anthing)!”
Amitabh Bachchan, however, takes the question in stride, pausing for a moment before playfully turning the tables on Junaid Khan. “You’re not married, but do you have someone in mind for marriage?” he asks with a sly smile.
Junaid showcases an easy camaraderie with Big B as he responsed, “Baad mein baat karte hai sir (We’ll talk about this after the show),” leaving Aamir Khan visibly shocked. Bachchan then adds, “Haan, yahaan baat sarvajanik ho jaayegi,” following which the audience erupts into laughter.
The audience seems to be quite excited for the episode as they poured in their love for the trio in the comments section of the latest promo. One person wrote, “That shock on Aamirs face😂.”
Building anticipation for the special episode, Sony TV had earlier released a promo of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 featuring Aamir Khan, Junaid Khan and Amitabh Bachchan. The preview showcased a heartwarming and playful conversation between the trio.
A hilarious exchange unfolded in the promo as Aamir playfully quizzed host Amitabh about his personal life. The clip began with Aamir posing an innocent-sounding question, “Aapko apni shaadi ki date yaad hai? (Do you remember your wedding date?)” Amitabh swiftly responded, “June 3, 1973.”
Aamir, however, wasn’t satisfied with just the answer. With a mischievous grin, he demanded, “Koi sabut toh dijiye (Show me some evidence).” The sudden request left Amitabh momentarily speechless.
Seizing the opportunity, Aamir proudly declared, “Mere pas ek sabut hai (I have proof).” He then revealed Amitabh’s original wedding card, leaving the host stunned.
Aamir Khan then declared that he is one of the biggest Amitabh Bachchan fans. He said, “Meine aapko number one fan hone ka sabut dia hai (With this, I have proved that I am your biggest fan).” The audience erupted into laughter, and Amitabh couldn’t help but join in, clearly delighted by Aamir’s playful gesture.
Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 is being telecast on Sony TV from Monday to Friday at 9 pm. It also streams live on SonyLIV.
