Speaking exclusively to IndianExpress.com, an ecstatic Prakash said, “It’s a great feeling. Both me and Pony are very happy. Our baby has brought us a lot of joy, purpose and meaning to our lives.

Prakash, a three-time National award winner married Pony in 2010. He was earlier married to Lalitha Kumari who he divorced in 2009. He has two daughters Meghana and Pooja from his marriage with Lalitha.
