Actor Prince Narula paid homage to the late singer Sidhu Moose Wala during a recent gig in Patiala on MTV Roadies. The actor even sang his song along with the audience. Prince, who is seen as one of the gang leaders in MTV Roadies, was performing an entertainment task with his gang on stage when he mentioned the late singer on stage.
Prince said during the gig, “All the people from Punjab, for Sidhu Moose Wala” and cheered for him. He also made requested everyone in the audience to do the late singer’s signature step. Fans looked charged with energy as soon as the singer’s name was mentioned. Prince also sang the late singer’s famous song 295 and the audience joined him.
Eventually, the other gang leaders of the show Rhea Chakraborty and Gautam Gulati also joined Prince on stage to celebrate the late singer’s legacy. Judge Sonu Sood also looked enthralled by the energy of the audience. Fans were quick to comment on Prince’s gesture. A follower wrote on Instagram, “Forever in our heart. Moosewala”, and another one wrote, “He is legend, he will never die in our hearts. #sidhumoosewala.”
In June, Sidhu’s mother Charan Kaur remembered her son and wrote an emotional post on social media. A part of her post read, “Happy birthday son, on this day, my wishes and prayers came true when I held you for the first time, felt in the warmth of the bosom. And I came to know that Akal Purakh gave me a son. Blessings. I hope you know there was a slight redness on the small feet, who did not know that these small steps had travelled the whole world while sitting in the village, and thick eyes with which you would see and recognize the truth. They did not know that you were giving the generation of Punjab a different view of the world.”
Sidhu Moosewala was a popular Punjabi singer and politician. He was shot dead in his car on 29 May, 2022 in Jawaharke village of Mansa.
