BTS‘ RM on Thursday announced that his second solo album titled Right Place, Wrong Person will drop on May 24. The album will feature 11 tracks, which are going to be a fusion of “alternative music and rich sounds,” as stated in a press release.
The album, according to a Weverse announcement, explores relatable emotions such as the sense of being an outsider or feeling out of place.
“Right Place, Wrong Person embodies facets of RM as a solo artist, distinct from albums released under BTS. It delves into RM’s authentic essence,” label Big Hit said in a statement.
RM’s debut solo album, Indigo, released in December 2022. It reached No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart. The album also featured collaborations with renowned artistes like Anderson Paak and Erykah Badu.
Meanwhile, RM and other BTS members are fulfilling mandatory military service in South Korea. RM began his enlistment last December along with V, Jimin, and Jung Kook.
