Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence is house-hunting in New York for a property big enough to have boyfriend Chris Martin and his kids come to stay.
The 24-year-old “Hunger Games” actress is looking for somewhere with at least three bedrooms so there is enough space for the Coldplay frontman and his kids, he has with estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow, reported the New York Daily News.
Lawrence was recently spotted clutching a brochure for a three-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom USD 15.25 million property, which is housed in a converted factory building that boasts a temperature-controlled wine cellar, full workout centre, 71-foot lap pool, 5,000 square feet courtyard garden and underground parking.

That property would cost her USD 15 million.
The “Silver Linings Playbook” actress has also looked at two other apartments in the area, all three properties are within walking distance of the penthouse apartment where Gwyneth lives.
If Lawrence purchases the converted factory property, her neighbours will include “Shake It Off” hitmaker Taylor Swift and Jay Z and Beyonce.
