Actors Shah Rukh Khan and Kartik Aaryan descended at the IIFA 2025 press conference held in Mumbai on Friday. At the event, the duo shared their excitement about the upcoming edition of IIFA to be held in Jaipur. SRK also added a fun twist to the event by giving Kartik a quick lesson in Rajasthani.
Shah Rukh prompted Kartik to repeat after him: “Padharo Mhare IIFA. Padharo Mhare Desh Rajasthan. Khamma Ghani.” The Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 actor nailed the Rajasthani lesson with ease.
Taling about IIFA, Shah Rukh Khan said in a statement, “Some of my most treasured memories are woven into the journey of IIFA and celebrating its Silver Jubilee in the vibrant city of Jaipur, Rajasthan, is nothing short of magical.”
Kartik Aaryan will host the IIFA Awards for the first time in 2025. Talking about turning host, Kartik said, “Making my debut as the host for the world’s biggest celebration of Indian cinema is something I have eagerly anticipated, and it’s the perfect way to kick off 2025.”
The press meet also saw Nora Fatehi and Diya Kumari, Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, in attendance.

IIFA 2025 will be held in Jaipur, Rajasthan from March 7 to March 9, 2025.
On the professional front, Shah Rukh Khan will next be seen in King opposite his daughter Suhana Khan in her big-screen debut. Kartik Aaryan, meanwhile, recently announced his collaboration with filmmaker Karan Johar, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri.
