Samantha Ruth Prabhu is ‘filled with gratitude’ as she celebrates Diwali with rumoured boyfriend Raj Nidimoru

Celebrities across various film industries in the country celebrated Diwali with great fervour on Monday. While some threw grand parties, inviting their colleagues as well, others chose to keep the festivities private and commemorate the occasion with their loved ones. Renowned actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu also celebrated the festival in an evening marked by crackers, lights, and radiant smiles. She shared pictures from the occasion on social media as well.

While her appearance in a green ethnic outfit melted fans’ hearts, what caught most people’s attention was the presence of a familiar face in the pictures. Donning a blue kurta and an ear-to-ear smile was her rumoured boyfriend, filmmaker Raj Nidimoru, who posed for pictures with Samantha and her dear ones. The carousel post, captioned “filled with gratitude,” also featured several other photos showing how she decorated her house for the occasion. The post soon went viral, and many of her fans took to the comment section to express their love for the actor and extended Diwali wishes.

Although neither of them has addressed, let alone confirmed, the speculations that they are dating each other, Samantha and Raj have never missed an opportunity to spend time together, even in public. Just a few weeks ago, the two were spotted leaving a gym in Mumbai together. In a viral video, Raj and Samantha were seen getting into the same car after exiting the building.

A few weeks prior, Samantha had shared a video on social media featuring many memorable moments from her recent trip to Dubai. It included a clip of her holding a man’s hand. Although she chose not to reveal the identity of the person and nor his face, netizens quickly concluded that it was Raj, adding fuel to the swirling speculations.

Samantha was previously married to actor Naga Chaitanya, but they parted ways in 2021. The co-creator of Samantha’s hit streaming series The Family Man: Season 2, Raj Nidimoru was married to Shhyamali De. However, their current marital status is unknown.
