Salman Khan receives support from Mika Singh amid death threats from Bishnoi gang: ‘Tu fikar na kar…’

At a recent live concert in Mumbai, Mika Singh gave a shoutout to Salman Khan and dedicated a few lines to him, lending support to the superstar.

Actor Salman Khan addressed the emotional duress that he’s been in recently during the weekend episode of Bigg Boss. After receiving threats to his life, allegedly from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, Salman’s old friend, politician Baba Siddique, was gunned down in Mumbai some days ago. Many from the industry have rallied behind Salman and lent him support, and the latest to join the ranks is singer Mika Singh. During a live performance, Mika dedicated a song to Salman Khan, implying that he is always there for him.

Recently, Mika gave a shout-out to the Tiger 3 actor during a live performance, and went on to dedicate a few lines from his song “Ganpat” to him. During his live performance, Mika said, “Bhai hu main bhai, tu fikar na kar. Uski m** ki, uski b**n ki, jo dekhe idhar,” which meant, ‘Brother, don’t worry I am here for you’.

A few months back, bullets were fired at Salman Khan’s home. The Bishnoi gang took responsibility for both the firing and Siddique’s murder. With the threats intensifying, security around Salman Khan has been heightened. Certain strict protocols have also been imposed on shoots where Salman is present.

On Friday, when Salman Khan shot for Bigg Boss 18 too, there were various restrictions on sets. The crew was not allowed to leave the premises until the entire shoot was completed, no new face was allowed on set and an Aadhaar Card verification was made mandatory. Salman was confined to his chalet, and more than 60 security guards were placed at all times around the actor.

Salman’s next big screen release is Sikandar. The film is directed by AR Murugadoss and is slated to release around Eid 2025. The film is said to be an actioner in which Rashmika Mandanna will be seen playing Salman’s leading lady. The film also stars Prateik Babbar, Suniel Shetty, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, and Sharman Joshi in important roles.
