Celebrity wedding photographer Joseph Radhik recently shared many interesting anecdotes from his career at an event in New Delhi. During the interaction, Radhik fondly talked about one event in particular, the wedding of cricketer Virat Kohli and actor Anushka Sharma.
At India Today Conclave 2025, Radhik mentioned that among all the weddings he has covered in his illustrious career, Anushka and Virat’s wedding set in scenic Tuscany remains his favorite. He said, “I got married in 2017, and that same year, I and my team photographed Virat and Anushka’s wedding. The ceremony was intimate, and it felt like the definition of a perfect wedding.”
Joseph Radhik shared that often people put on a facade during weddings and are expected to celebrate their most important day with people they don’t really know. “Virat and Anushka’s wedding felt more like a house party; you could be whoever you wanted to be, and you could relax and enjoy.”
Radhik also drew a parallel to Siddharth and Aditi Rao Hydari’s wedding in 2024.
He added, “In my entire career, I’ve seen less than ten weddings like that. The most recent was in 2024, with Aditi and Siddharth. Again, it was an intimate gathering, surrounded by people with whom they could be their true selves. No formalities, no elaborate planning, just pure and unfiltered joy.”
Joseph Radhik has been the wedding photographer for Allu Arjun-Sneha Reddy, Sanjana Ganesan-Jasprit Bumrah, Patralekha Paul-Rajkumar Rao, and Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas, among others.
