Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor, who are gearing up for the release of their rom-com Loveyappa, recently opened up about their experiences with public transport. The star kids were recently in a conversation with Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa on their podcast. During their conversation, Junaid recalled a funny incident when he was stuck at the same signal as his father Aamir Khan, who shocked the auto driver by greeting him.

Junaid shared that he has never had any problems with taking rickshaws as no one really recognised him. Junaid is the son of Bollywood actor Aamir Khan. He said, “Nobody knows me as such. I can easily take auto. I take auto almost everyday, it was just once that they recognised me.”

Recalling the time when the auto driver recognised him, Junaid shared, “I have one interesting auto story to share. I took an auto from Andheri to Bandra. At the same time, even Papa was travelling. I think he had been to Yash Raj office. He was in his car. At the signal he saw me, he put his window down and yelled, “Hi, Papa” and I was like, “Oh, hi”. The auto driver was shocked to see what just happened to him. He then asked me, ‘Do you know him?’, I said, ‘We live in the same area, my grandmother and his mother are from Benaras.'”

She added, “And sometimes when we are travelling to Madh Island for shoot, we take auto then.” Explaining her reasons, Khushi said, “Actually I was not allowed to take an auto. My parents were against it. So I used to take autos within the campus.”
