Actor Deepika Padukone took to her Instagram account and cheered for musician Nick Jonas’s recent performance in Mumbai as part of the Lollapalooza music festival. Deepika also tagged actor and musician King, who shared the stage with Nick. She also tagged actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas in the post.
Deepika shared the video of Nick and Nick singing their track “Maan Meri Jaan (Afterlife)”, for which the two singers collaborated. In her Instagram story, Deepika wrote, “So cool”.

The maiden performance of Nick along with brothers Joe and Kevin was received well by the audience. Videos of the audience chanting “Jiju” for Nick went viral and the band too seemed to have fun with impromptu moments.
On the work front, Deepika’s recent film Fighter is currently running in the theatres. In the film, she plays the role of an Indian Air Force pilot. The film started strong at the box office with a Rs 22.5 crore on January 25, encashing the Republic Day long weekend. However, after the first weekend, the film’s collections have dropped. On its 6th day in the theatres, the film earned Rs 7.75 crore in the box office, bringing the total domestic collection to Rs 134.25 crore.
Deepika has more releases this year. She will be seen in Kalki 2898 AD along with Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan. She will also be seen as a cop in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Returns.
