Just so you know, humans aren't the only blessed breed who can do yoga and lead a healthy lifestyle. Animals can do it too! These pictures are proof. And no, the asana they do the most is not shavasana where they lie comfortably on their backs like there's no tomorrow. Just FYI, they can do the difficult ones too that involve twisting and turning of their bodies. Though it's difficult to imagine animals doing yoga, but some of them can really put you to shame.
